Black Restaurant Week San Antonio’s Chef vs Chef
Chef vs Chef is a live culinary competition held at Alamo Kitchens that puts creativity, technique, and flavor front and center.
Two chefs go head to head in a timed challenge, each bringing their own perspective, style, and approach to the plate. Over the course of the evening, each chef will present three courses, followed by dessert, while guests experience the energy of the competition in real time and watch the same challenge interpreted in distinctly different ways.
Each course will be paired with wines from Silhouette Wines, selected to complement and elevate the dishes as the competition unfolds.
This event is as much about culture as it is about cooking. Chef vs Chef creates space for storytelling through food, friendly rivalry, and community engagement, all within an atmosphere that’s lively, engaging, and rooted in celebration.
