The BRWSA special dessert will be Guilty Berries—an indulgent Red Velvet rum cake that celebrates the bold, tropical essence of West Indies Strawberry rum. Its buttercream, rich and silky, carries the same spirited infusion, while the berries—blueberry, strawberry, and blackberry—are steeped for three months in strawberry rum, unlocking a depth of flavor that bursts between layers of velvety cake. This moist, boozy masterpiece melts on the tongue and lingers like a sweet island breeze.
